- Payment information — processed securely by Stripe. We do not store card details.
- Usage data — pages visited, features used, and device/browser type to improve our service.

- Generate and deliver personalised storybooks.
- Process payments and manage subscriptions.
- Send transactional emails (receipts, story-ready notices).
- Send marketing emails if you opt in — you can unsubscribe at any time.

4. Children's Privacy
Accounts are created by adults (parents, guardians, or teachers). We do not knowingly collect personal data directly from children under 13. Child names and photos provided to personalise stories are used solely for that purpose and are not shared with third parties.

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with trusted service providers (cloud hosting, payment processing, email delivery, analytics) under strict data-processing agreements, and when required by law.

We retain your account data while your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by emailing support@storywonderbook.com. Generated stories are deleted 30 days after account closure unless you download them first.
